The recycling process starts with end of life cars that are received from the public, a car collection company or an insurance company who’s looking to regain some money. The cars are assessed for their condition and test-driven if possible. The state of the cars varies from broken down to crashed beyond repair.
The batteries and tyres are removed and are either sold or sent to centres that recycle batteries and tyres.

We prefer to purchase the entire vehicle and to start the salvage process as this allows us to see the process end to end. We can also then ensure that all the possible recyclable parts are disposed of correctly.
